Absolutely dreadful! Customer service is non existent and the price is expensive for what it is. I only get 30 minutes for a lunch break and ordered a chorizo omelette from here,15 minutes after I ordered they tell me they don't even have chorizo, it took 25 minutes to give me my order, cost $13 and when I ate it it was bland, no taste and undercooked! Also my lunch break was over! They charged me $7 for a small soy mocha once, when I questioned the price...'we have the highest quality beans' well so does mccafe mate. Overall will never EVER go there again. Especially because of how rude the staff is
This restaurant offers delicious and freshly prepared food made to order. The friendly and welcoming family service makes it a wonderful place to grab a meal. The cafe serves Campos coffee, which is widely regarded as the best in Gladesville. It is always a joy to visit this establishment.
The breakfast menu is fantastic, offering a variety of options including some healthy choices. The coffee is excellent, I even had to order a second cup! The service is quick, friendly, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant for a consistently delicious meal.
Attraction = Campos Coffee however I was seriously disappointed with a Large Latte that was really weak. Don't skim on the coffee - a large should have 2 x shots!! This is not the first time as I have tried on a few occasions and continue to be disappointed :-(

Wonderful fresh food, consistently high standard (Campos) coffee from professional barista & great friendly service. I always feel like part of the family when I'm greeted on entering Platinum. Always a great experience.
