The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and is conveniently located near my hotel. However, I do have one concern. I was dining with my brother, who has a disability, and we were seated at a cramped table near the entrance and the busboy station, which made it difficult to find a suitable spot for his walker. This arrangement made for an uncomfortable experience. I would appreciate it if the staff could be more considerate of guests with disabilities. Regarding wheelchair accessibility, the space was not very accommodating due to the crowded layout.
I wanted to like this place, but my rating can't be high because I didn't taste the food! They served my friends at another table who were at the same event and came later than us food before they asked our order. Drinks were good but that's ridiculous. It wasn't even very busy and our waitresses weren't around to flag. I'm kind and I like Mexican food so I might go again one day. But yikes.
This has been my favorite place for two years, but they've recently changed the menu to only allow ordering two identical tacos at a time—no mixing and matching, and you can't order just one or three. It doesn't make much sense since two tacos isn't really a full meal. The service and atmosphere are still great, though.
I really enjoy the food at this restaurant, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Paying customers deserve to be treated with respect and importance. It's clear that the service needs a complete overhaul, and staff could benefit from some basic training in customer service.

We’re visiting in town and found the best spot! Isaiah made our experience a 10/10!! He is so friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home! Give this man a raise, he deserves it !
Vibes belied the great potential, food was not awesome. Great hang if you’re drinking I’m sure, but definitely not the best Mexican in NYC.
Jeanice was an amazing server, she was very attentive made great recommendations. The food was 10/10. Will I come back? Yes!
Whatever you do, get the taco quesabirria its amazing. Maddie was our server and was super attentive and sweet!!

Sadly mediocre burrito! Wish it was better! The staff is nice and professional.
