I love the product but every time I try to come here and order it?s the exact same thing, two or more staff members working behind the counter on other peoples orders and absolutely disregarding the customers standing in line. If the customer service were better this would be 5 stars without question

It's disappointing that a restaurant I like employs staff as young as 14. They often have trouble giving the correct change and take a long time to prepare a single smoothie, frequently requiring assistance from several others. It feels like there's a lack of clarity about everyone’s roles.
wait times CAN be high, but usually aren?t. I would love to see Kiosks installed here, I think that?d be great. Super clean, organized, etc. Ofc, as all playa bowls locations, the prices are a bit high, but it is a great treat. I also love the free seasonal stickers. Reserva una mesa ahora

My daughter is absolutely obsessed with this place. It's the biggest and most beautiful restaurant we've ever been to. I suppose once you adjust to the idea of spending quite a bit for relatively small portions, it becomes much easier to appreciate the experience.
I recently ordered delivery from this restaurant, and I must say, it's amazing! The place is spotless, and I've always been wary of using public restrooms, but their bathroom is the cleanest I've ever seen. Very impressive!

The wait time at Playa Bowls is excessively long, particularly during hot weather. Customers expect prompt service, but the staff is very slow in preparing orders from the menu.
