Playa Bowls - Reserva de mesa

Great bowls, poor customer service. My wife and her friend really like the bowls here. The reason for the 2 star review is because there was a mistake on THEIR website that sent my wife?s order to the wrong location and when I tried calling multiple times to fix it, I got no answer. So we were still charged for the order and never got it. I sent a message on their website detailing what happened, requesting a refund. That was several days ago, but have heard nothing. I know they are a busy spot so holding out some hope they will get back to me and make this right. If they do I?ll be happy to amend this review.

Playa Bowls is one of my favorite restaurants in Stone Harbor. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they work hard to serve the long line of customers. The wait is worth it, as the bowls are filled with delicious and refreshing fruits. I recommend trying the Nica and Tide bowls, as well as the popular Electric Mermaid. I suggest trying different combinations of fruits and bases to find your favorite. Overall, I highly recommend visiting Playa Bowls multiple times to enjoy their tasty summer delights.

The service at this restaurant is usually excellent. However, on this occasion, I ordered the coco crucible and was disappointed to find that there was no coconut, granola, mango, or pineapple in the bowl. Instead, it contained a coconut base with blueberries and kiwi. The coconut base tasted more like milk than actual coconut.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant in Stone Harbor. They accommodated my dietary restrictions by omitting honey and adding a vegan protein to my bowl.
