This a nice and cozy atmosphere and our group went to eat here for a snack yesterday.Overall none of the items we chose satisfied us and the flavors didn't feel fresh.I got Pura Vida bowl and it was very frozen in parts and liquid in others. It was about 10 mins to create the order which was totally fine because of the long line. All 5 of us made modifications to our order and it was all done perfectly for 5 stars for the wonderful staff. They were courteous and kind.My other friend ordered a bowl that came with an entire layer of liquid floating in it and he was not a fan of that. I stopped in this store early in the morning, to try a acai bowl. The cashier was very accommodating and got my order right even though I made some changes to the toppings. I enjoyed the bowl and I often enjoy the smoothies as well. I was surprised however that although I was there early (about 8:40 am), most of the tables were dirty, the floor was dirty and the bathroom had no paper towels, only napkins that were placed there to dry your hands. There was a funky, off putting smell when I first walked in. I ended up putting napkins on the table to cover up the sticky stuff that was there and cleaned the crumbs off myself with a napkin. Terrible customer service. Employees moved like they had nothing better to do, especially one girl. Instead of continuing to make bowls for people she decided to go check her phone. I waited 30 min for an açaí bowl that hadn’t even started being made by the time I asked for a refund. I was hungry and looking forward to enjoying the bowl. Thanks for wasting my time. Oh, and to top it off, the same girl who checked her phone gave me my refund and dropped the money in my hand like I was the one with the problem. No apology, nothing. Unreal.

I highly recommend trying the Nutella Acai Bowl and the Coconut Pitaya Bowl, both of which are delicious. The addition of coconut flakes is a nice touch!
For vegetarian diners, this place is a must-visit, as the entire menu is vegetarian-friendly. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Great place but their juicer is always broken ! When the manager is there they have no problem making juice but if there is no manager they will say it’s broken. I understand that they are short staffed and i don’t mind waiting but your girl hasn’t had a mermaid fuel in 3-5 business years and I’m sad :
The place was very clean. IOrdered a coconut bowl and it was delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful. I just wish it didn't cost so much cause I would have one everyday. There's so many different varieties to choose from!Food: 5/5
