Changing up my review here after two positive interactions with the location in the past month. This is a true testament of the management listening to its faithful customer service base. I was reached out to by their team and they listened and took into consideration my words and I can truly see a change and I can positively say that things have improved here. Really happy with how everything was handled throughout this time. At the bottom was my review of how I felt over the summer when it seemed like this place was really killing it and providing the best customer service. Visited the store on a Saturday night about an hour before closing and our experience was just ok. The cashier could've been friendlier, she looked annoyed. We were able to order and get our bowls in less than 10 minutes which was great because the place wasn't crowded. My main complaint is that they people making the bowls were very stingy and skimp with the toppings. For $12 a bowl, it should've had enough granola and Nutella, it was barely visible. There were two patrons that were dining in and actually went up to the counter to ask for more Nutella to be added on their bowl while we were waiting for our order (that should've been a sign)lol. The service at this restaurant was excellent, and the Playa Bowls were incredibly delicious! I would give a rating of 5 for both the food and service. The atmosphere was also top-notch, with a rating of 5. I highly recommend trying the Pura Vida Acai Bowl and the customizable Power Bowl.

I love the açaí bowls at this restaurant! The Nutella one is my favorite. The service is excellent, with a rating of 5. The food is also a 5 and the atmosphere is a 5 as well.

Delicious açaí, very friendly staff, beautiful presentation. Açaí was a bit too sweet to my liking, but it was fresh. Highly recommend.
