I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Upon arrival, I was informed that the bar was closed, but there was another one open, which I accepted. After heading to the other bar, I ordered a beer and some food—12 wings and waffle fries, along with two additional items. Unfortunately, it took an hour and a half to receive my order, and it would have taken even longer if I hadn't asked our server to bring the check. To make matters worse, I never received my waffle fries because they forgot about them. Overall, this place deserves a 0 out of 10 for its lack of urgency and care for customers.
This restaurant is a fantastic spot for a quick meal and a drink, or even a night out! The staff is friendly and always ready to offer menu suggestions. One aspect that often gets overlooked is security—here, the security staff is professional and welcoming, providing a sense of safety that allows you to fully enjoy your evening, even feeling comfortable leaving your coat at the table. Overall, Playbook is a hidden gem in the suburbs!
A cool bar with great pub food. Service was professional and friendly because the staff wants you to have a good time. You can even gamble there if your in the mood. Very spacious environment so you have plenty of room to hang out. defiantly worth your time to go there they have reasonably priced drinks and daily specials. Plenty of parking too! Will be going back very soon!
Trash service, very rude people work here. I don't recommend at all. There are so many better bars out there with much better customer service. And the short blonde girl needs to work on her attitude. She should not be working in customer service.

Cool European bar with very beautiful servers. Quite respectful and more peaceful than other bars in regards to loud customers. I had a burger and it was the BEST burger I've ever had. Will definitely come back here. Highly recommend.
The food is quite decent for bar fare, and the drinks are well-prepared. However, my wallet was stolen. I’m not sure I’ll return if this is the kind of crowd they attract, and this incident happened before 8 PM.

I've been here many times over the years. They are crowded if sports are on, which makes for a fun environment. The food is good, my favorite being the wraps.
