A small hidden gem found in the downtown area of White Bear Lake, MN. The interior is very petite, however the warm tropical decorating will put a smile on your face. I had the smoothie power bowl (added pitaya) and the avocado toast with balsamic vinaigrette. Highly recommend! They also had a nice variety of fresh pressed bottled juice and another fall featured smoothie bowl. I recommend going with one friend to dine in due to the small interior but would totally do take out pick up in the future. 10 10 will return!

My children and I eagerly look forward to our weekly lunches at PLNT BSD! They always choose between the Power Bowl and the Mermaid Bowl, while I enjoy the Quinoa Salad. The staff is always friendly and often give my kids a little extra glitter sprinkle. The fresh, healthy, and delicious options at PLNT BSD cannot be beat.

What a great little gem in downtown White Bear Lake! I've tried a couple of their smoothie bowls they always have a really good staple one and then change seasonally goddess toast, and power bites. Big fan of the smoothie bowls! Everything is made with such care, and the shop itself is beautiful (though small).
Place is quaint, quiet, limited seating. Small menu, on the pricier side. I got the quinoa salad which was fresh and filling, not a big fan of the tofu. Overall satisfied.
Really good bowl! A bit pricey. Deducting 1 star for the very limited menu and no coffee! How do you not have coffee? Its even plant based!
Delicious and unique bowls. Both the cold and hot bowls were delicious! Fresh fruit and coconut milk along with other great ingredients.
