A most beautiful venue inside and out with a touch of class, great food and river views. Ordered a share platter of meze food which was delicious with sides. We were well looked after by Stacey and other staff who served us. Booking is reccomended as its a popular place and easy to see why if you want to dine in the restaurant. Thank you for accepting the blue light card and supporting the services. A highly reccomended venue a must visit if in the area.
The restaurant has a beautiful riverside setting, but prices seem to be inflated because of it. While the food was decent, it wasn't exceptional. Only one dish out of eight really impressed us, which was disappointing given the high prices. The waitress was polite but not very attentive. Overall, I didn't feel like I got good value for my money and I am not eager to return.
I treated myself to lunch, because I'm worth it! I had a posh ciabatta fish finger sandwich with fries onion rings and it was so hot I nearly burnt myself! The chips onion rings were so crispy delicious There was just too much it beat me! I'll be back again in the spring and summer as I bet it's really pretty by the river then.
One of the best steak sandwiches I’ve had ! Soft tender bread that doesn’t cut the mouth and perfectly cook steak with that heavenly sauce, ask for it! Wish I can get the recipe! I ordered pork belly, linguine with shrimp and crab, sticky chicken karaage, and trio mini cheese cake for dessert. The food was average, but the service was confusing. I attempted to order online, but the app wasn't functioning properly. Additionally, it took a while for our food to be served.
Lovely place for dinner. Friendly staff, excellent selection of drinks. The menu has an extensive choice so something to please everyone. Food was amazing, freshly cooked and well presented.
Food was amazing will definitely go back again, serive was good.. only wish they had a more convenient way to look up gluten free menu rather than a app or via a website.

"visited la maison du steak with adult and children eating was good service was ok best spent on eating plus a manditory service fee of whitch I did not ask to pay, but was said I did not have any choice because the manager was not on this day it unpopular mine, but it is not our culture in Britain to pay service fees so that it lets down the cleaning"
