Poets Bar and Grill

The food and service at this restaurant were both mediocre. We ordered a fillet steak cooked medium rare, but it was served well done. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, we received a dismissive apology and no offer to fix the mistake or refund the uneaten dish. We also had items missing from another main course we ordered. To make matters worse, we were contacted by the staff on our way home claiming we had underpaid, even though we had already paid the full amount of £115 as shown on the receipt. Double Double is a very small, small bar in Hay Street, Subiaco, just across the road from Subi Village.
