I usually order from West Chester location, never had a problem with them, decided to order from Paoli location through Grubhub (GH), I received the poke bowl with good amount of ingredients missing, since I’m aware of their portions from my previous experiences I reported this to GH and since they couldn’t reorder for me, GH just issued a refund instead, I went ahead and reordered it with the intent of getting my order prepared properly this time.Couple minutes later I get a call from a lady from Paoli Poke Bros, she was complaining to me how I shouldn’t have reported the issue, how they don’t get paid when things get reported like this, how she didn’t do anything wrong, that I should’ve picked more ingredients to fill up my bowl and she won’t make my next order if I’m going to report it again, I explained her that half my bowl was empty, how I’m familiar with their portions and this was very unusual for me, but the lady continued to complain about GH not paying them.Both of my orders were, spicy tuna, white rice, sriracha aioli, crispy onions, sesame seeds, edamame, avocado cucumber. Decent amount of various ingredients.Not too long after that I received my second order and it was nothing like the first bowl, there was proper amount of all of the ingredients and it wasn’t cold unlike first time around, I really enjoyed the food as always however a restaurant owner/employee can’t be calling my phone, complain about how they now have to deal with GH, that they won’t make my order if I don’t just take what they give me and borderline harassing me.
