Pokeworks - Reserva de mesa

The food at this restaurant is excellent, but the customer service is lacking. I would not recommend getting delivery from here because it is unreliable. I have had multiple instances where I ordered through their app or Door Dash, only to have the order cancelled last minute after waiting for an hour. No one answers the phone when I try to contact them, and there is a message saying they are not accepting calls. Additionally, I have ordered multiple bowls at once and only received one. Food quality gets a 5, but service gets a 1 in my book.

I used to love this place. The sushi burrito used to be wrapped in parchment paper and cut in half, like a nice sandwich. Now, it's wrapped in aluminum foil, which makes the sushi burrito so soggy, and as you unwrap the sushi burrito, the soggy seaweed peels off with the aluminum foil wrapper, and the whole burrito then falls apart and I have to eat it with a fork. It's also not cut in half so you have a gigantic roll of food in front of you with the ingredients falling out... very messy.

Great product but terrible customer service. I wouldn’t order delivery from here as it’s inconsistent. There’s been multiple times that I order directly from their app or Door Dash. It takes about an hour wait but then 10 mins before it’s supposed to arrive the order is cancelled. No one answers the phone. There is an operator that says they aren’t accepting phone calls. Also, I’ve ordered 2-3 bowls and only received 1 bowl.

The food hall this place is located in is fantastic. The food at pokeworks is always good. The new lobster bowls are fantastic. I ordered the sweet tofu bowl and my mistake. It truly *is* sweet. Waaaay too sweet. It's the teriyaki sauce that makes it nearly inedible. Unfortunately I only finished half my bowl. Just don't order this bowl. Be wary of any sweet labeled bowls. Vegetarian options: Lots of ways to customize your bowl. Service: Dine in
