They don't even deserve a single star… The service was awful. I was on the phone with a business associate who had gone in to provide a service, and he was met with constant ridicule and profanity. The owner, who showed a complete lack of professionalism, directed all his anger toward an innocent man simply doing his job. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable and the language used was appalling. It's no surprise this place has received so many negative reviews; I've seen other reviewers mention similar issues with the rudeness of the staff. This establishment is a disappointment—I'd recommend going to a bakery where they take pride in their work and treat others with dignity and respect....
We have been loyal customers for years. Yesterday, I went in to buy a layer cake and asked if it was fresh and made that same day. I was assured that all the cakes were made fresh daily. However, the cake was extremely stale. My guests and I couldn’t even finish our slices, and we ended up throwing the rest away. There was no one else in the bakery, and when I approached the girl working there, she seemed indifferent to my concern. I’ve dealt with her before, and she always has a negative attitude. I'm very disappointed!
Eventually, I decided I wouldn’t be providing my service that day because I couldn't tolerate his treatment. This triggered a full-blown outburst from him. He grabbed the paperwork from my hand, yelling and cursing at me until I left the bakery. As I was exiting, he made one last derogatory comment that I'd prefer not to repeat. If I could rate this place zero stars, I absolutely would. And to the owner, I wish you the best in finding some peace.

Called to see if they have brownies. Was told yes and she hung up immediately! Called back again to ask how much do the brownies cost and the women got loud and told me that they are very busy and hung up on me again. They are probably under staffed but no reason to be so rude!
This used to be a great bakery, worth every dime you spent.Not anymore. Now they have raised the price for very poor quality pastries. I wouldn't mind paying if it was worth its price. Poor customer service and very unsanitary environment.
Have been going here for over 25 years! My mom got us the strawberry cheesecakes for our birthdays when we were kids, and now I’m continuing the same tradition with my children.Love this place!
This is not the bakery to go to. I'm guessing no one can write happy birthday on cakes anymore for kids. Staff- A little on the rude side.

I go there usually for the Italian bread, but I bought danish and other stuff it wasn't bad
