Great service, awful food. 5 stars are for customer service only. The staff was helpful, cheerful and friendly even though they were busy. The chicken and yucca fries were overcooked and hard to chew.Food: 1/5

I asked the lady in drive thru to make my chicken well done she said no they can’t Fully WELL DONE my chicken, and the bread I was giving has black stuff in it .

Just went to grab pollo campero at 2:16pm takoma location they didn’t have no chicken breast , no yuca sides , Disappointing place !Food: 1/5

Online they have the 20 piece meal for 47 plus tax but in the store they sell it for 60 plus tax , what a rip off !
