A shame because I usually come every weekend with my family and recommend it to my friends. First, when they delivered my ceviche, it didn't have any juice, it was dry, I asked them to please give me more juice and they added it and left it on the counter. bar and it was there for minutes, they never called me back, it tasted very bad, the lemon was bitter... I threw my money in the trash because it was inedible and when I told them they weren't even able to apologize. Those who attend in the same way had no intention and one of them even passed by me and said something regarding the subject and when I asked her what she said...? My worst nightmare, i-ve been here before and enjoyed the food, my second time I invited about 6 more people and ordered 2 of the family meals which were not chesp and the chicken was not cook all the way, so embarrasing. Ate one pince and totally gross me out, I took the rest of the meal and finish cooking it at home. Will not come back for sure. Service was good and the rest of the food was also really good. I give them 3 start on service because they have to make sure meat is crooked all the way.

French fried are dry . the ketchup packets are really cheap brands not tasty ketchup either and certainly not heinz standard kwtchup becuase the chicken is dry as hell. The rice taste nasty white brown fried whatever rice you want taste so dry. French fries taste old and seems like they microwave tgem or thats how they tadte. Nasty chicken soup looks nasty also donesnt look apettizzing.

Quality went down. I come here every weekend with my family and the chicken is now always dry as well as the fries. Portions have been reduced and prices increased. Customer service also went down hill. At this point El Pollo Loco is better! Giving Peruvians a bad name! Reserva una mesa ahora

It's a shame that arriving with high expectations of eating delicious food went to waste in the first bite. They have to be more careful how they prepare the dishes they sell and the service is another point that they must improve.

Walked in and out within a few minutes. The place is empty; no one is dining. Bad sign, to me, that the food is not good, especially on a weekend. Didn't bother ordering and staff are impolite, no customer service.

Damn, excellent lomo saltado here, good price, generous portion here with soup and plenty of green sauce, I loved it !

The peruvian food there is decent, especially for it being fast food. I think the restaurant in Gardena may be better. Reserva una mesa ahora

My go to drive-thru place for lomo saltado beef. Price is also reasonable.
