I always get the Chaufa de Pollo, and it almost never disappoints. I love Asian fried rice and chaufa is the Peruvian take on Chinese fried rice. The main ingredients are pretty much the same. but the seasoning sauce is very distinct which gives the dish its delicious flavor. The chaufa at Pollo Inka Express also includes a small container of extra sauce and a cup of equally yummy soup. You have to try it! Better than expected food all-around. Now my family enjoys it too. My grandma I love the beans. And I put that Aji sauce on everything, inka or not!
