Pollo Loco - Reserva de mesa

I usually love Pollo Loco, but my experience at this location was disappointing. Almost everything I ordered was overly salted. While the chicken wasn’t excessively salty, I could still notice the saltiness. The pork carnitas and chips were almost inedible. I also asked for eight different salsas but only got one. I would suggest steering clear of the quesadillas as well. Even though this location is more convenient for me, I’ll be opting for a different one next time.

I have to say, my experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. This was my second visit to this location, and unfortunately, they still couldn’t get my order right through the drive-thru. It seems like both the staff taking orders and the kitchen team are not well-trained, and it feels like management is not addressing these issues either. I would recommend finding another place where you can expect to receive exactly what you paid for.

This restaurant is fantastic. I experienced a minor issue with my order (nothing worth mentioning), but the manager resolved it promptly. She was friendly and accommodating. This is the kind of customer service everyone should receive. It really speaks volumes that I'm focusing on their outstanding service rather than the mistake with my order. Errors happen; what truly matters is how they are addressed.

When people of different races walk into El Pollo Loco, the Mexican staff often just stare and don't greet them. Only two of the ladies make you feel at ease when ordering. The male manager, however, is quite rude. When I approached him with a question about a combo, he didn’t respond; he simply pointed to another staff member. This restaurant consistently offers an excellent dining experience. The staff is friendly and delivers prompt and precise service. The food is consistently well-prepared and tasty.

The food was decent, but they forgot to include my chicken. Their prices have increased, and they no longer offer hard shell chicken tacos.
