I always come to this location and always have the most pleasant experience and food is always ready in a timely manner. I came through yesterday and one of my favorite workers was in drive-thru, her name is Lupita. She always has a smile on her face and is in a positive mood. She articulates so well and absolutely love that she clarifies your order and will suggest a better deal if possible. There is always only one person running around doing drive thru and making the food, seems like there is barely anyone to help him. I don?t understand why this location doesn?t have any employees, seems the hiring manager doesn?t care abt their employees& overworks the few that they have. Very unprofessional, no wonder drive thru takes so long, they never wanna hire decentemployees and only have one person doing everything! Looked like the employee was exhausted, didn?t even have any help. Whoeverthe hiring or district manager is does not care abt their job. Place should either be shut down or hire more people.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this El Pollo Loco, but it doesn’t measure up to the others in the SCV. There’s always something off with my orders. For instance, I got Tortilla Soup without the tortillas or cilantro, and my Queso Blanco Burritos came without any cheese. It’s a consistent issue. I hope they can sort this out soon; they’ve been open for over a year now and things haven’t improved.
Horrible customer service! The employees were rude. I have dietary restrictions and I ask for a substitution and they said they could not do anything. You are telling me you can't make a substitution that you literally offer! I am so disappointed I am writing to corporate as well. These guys don't know how to operate this franchise at all. They even underserved me for the tortillas I paid for!
