I had to push for a refund, which took three staff members to figure out. After finally getting my refund, they told me they would contact another location at Gran Plaza to prepare my order. I drove about 15 minutes there, only to find that my order wasn't ready. However, the worker at the Gran Plaza location was very friendly. I ended up getting back to work 30 minutes late because of the incompetent and unprofessional service from the Forest Hill location. I will not be returning.
I had the pleasure of dining in for lunch at this restaurant, and I must say it was a wonderful experience! The meal was reasonably priced at around $10–20 per person. The food was absolutely fantastic, earning a perfect 5 out of 5. The service was equally impressive, also receiving a 5 for being attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was delightful, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for a satisfying lunch!
I absolutely love the food at this restaurant, but it should not open at 10 am if the chicken isn't ready until 11 am. I also had trouble reaching them by phone, which would have saved me some time. Overall, I'd rate the food a 5, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 4.
