Excellent portion size and food taste good chicken a little dry had 2x and no longer order dry. Steak awarded. Depnds on the staff for any reason men there are more attention and make sure that my woaters and coffee cups are always filled. Eat there 1 or twice a month place. I hate to wave waiters or waiters to fill my cup with everything and the last time you weren't busy. Would recommend. Also the prices are a little high and fees for credit cards something I don't like 4% discount for cash and not on the charge for credit card. That bothers me stupid fees for everything and no discount for doing what is right to help companies.

We arrived at the restaurant at 8:40 with a group of around 60 people, but the manager was quite rude. They informed us that there was only one table available for 10 people, and the rest of us would have to wait. Feeling unwelcome, we decided to leave and find another restaurant. As a server myself, I understand that if I had 60 customers right before closing, I would make every effort to accommodate them. This restaurant just lost out on $2,000. Their staff needs to be more friendly to keep customers coming back.

We ordered two special trays, a piña colada, maracuja in milk, and lime margaritas. The food was fantastic! We will definitely return with the family. Manuel was exceptional; he was a quick and efficient waiter. Pollo Mario has great customer service. We were a group of seven plus a baby, and the delicious food really satisfied us! Thanks for a wonderful experience. 10/10!

The ambiance is delightful, and the food is excellent! It's a fantastic value for the quality of service. I had dinner here, and the average price per person was around $20–30. I highly recommend trying the side salad, rotisserie chicken, and pollo. There’s plenty of parking available, with free parking options nearby.

The dining experience was terrible. There were about three cockroaches scurrying around the window frame at our table, which was absolutely disgusting! If they truly understand quality dining, then this place is incredibly off-putting.
