From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us by quickly setting up our table. We had to reduce our party from 9 to 6 due to health concerns, but they handled it effortlessly. The brunch at the Mining Company is as lavish as you'd expect, with every area of the restaurant transformed into a delightful feast. The classic salad bar was enhanced with fresh raw shrimp (with cocktail sauce available), a constant supply of snow crab, and perfectly cooked mussels in a delicious oil and garlic sauce that you'll want to share. This is just a review pre visit. I have called 21 times and the phone doesn't connect. Tried with 2 different phones and it just hangs right up. I'm just trying to ask something about an upcoming reservation we have. There is a major problem if there is no point of contact with a restaurant.

Love the styling of this restaurant and the view is so beautiful. Went for Sunday Brunch buffet. And they have a great spread from a carving station to Mexican food to breakfast staples like biscuits and gravy. My favorite items are the prime rib, waffle, and omelet station.

The host, Max, was incredibly kind and helpful, and the rest of the staff was excellent as well! The food was fantastic, and the prime rib was absolutely exquisite. The ambiance was amazing too!

Sunday brunch was great! Food was hot fresh and our waitress kept our champagne and coffee topped off! Will definitely go again! Oh, and great price for the amount of food they offer!
