Anlässlich eines Geburtstages sind wird nach einigen Jahren wieder einmal im Ponyhof eingekehrt. Das Familienunternehmen hat das Konzept geändert. Früher gab es währschaftes Essen zu fairen Preisen in angenehmer Ambiente. Heute ist es ein Gourmet Tempel der gutes Essen zu gehobenen Preisen anbietet. Wir bestellten beide das „Belgische Steak“ für EUR 50. das Stück mit fermentierten Pommes. Bedauerlicherweise hat der Grillmeister bei beiden Fleischstücken die Garstufe verpasst. Wir teilten dies dem Kellner und seiner Kollegin mit. Viel gebracht hat das allerdings nicht. Schade, denn von einem guten Restaurant hätten wir da mehr erwartet als ein „tut mir leid, wenn es zu lange auf dem Grill lag...
We were eating there last night. The question of what beer from the barrel was the extremely unprofessional answer: everything possible. My friend sat a quarter hour ago an empty glass and the service didn't come to ask if she wanted to order anything else. Apparently, members of the owner or at least one employee were sitting on the side table. He brought drinks to his wife several times, while it was not considered necessary to ask us for further wishes.All this in the light of the fact that not many tables were occupied and at least three service personnel were employed. When one condition took up our dessert order, the other service came a short time to ask if we want to order something...
Das Restaurant wurde uns von Freunden empfohlen, die in der Umgebung wohnen. Wir sind dann auf dem Weg nach Rust am Abend hier stehen geblieben und haben ein fantastisches Restauranterlebnis genießen dürfen. Es war alles perfekt von dem Empfang durch die herzliche Familie, die das Restaurant betreibt über die Speisen (Spargel mit Focaccia sind ein Traum und es ist alles nicht nur super lecker, sondern auch wirklich wunderschön angerichtet) bis zum herzlichen Service. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Abend für uns zwar nicht ganz günstig, aber man bekommt für das Geld wirklich mehr geboten als man zahlt!Die besten Restaurants in meiner Nähe
we had the 5-course menu and were thrilled. after the greeting from the kitchen as first floor the ceviche from the färöer lachs, then an incredibly delicious beef tartar with fermented pommes x lover öckel. as the third floor the mushroom prinzetorte with inlaid spagel, fourth the salt meadowlamm with paprika and mandelbällchen in a super quality. the sweet ending was a kokos griesflammerie. all the courses were beautifully arranged and presented. in some sternelokal we already had menus that made much less fun. priced at 88,88€ quite appropriate. very accommodating and uncomplicated service. the restaurant has developed great!

waren jetzt das siebte mal dort. Immer wieder ein Genuss. Eine sehr überschaubare Karte, was für uns super ausreichend ist und auch so die Frische garantieren kann. Ich Vegetarier finde meist was es wird aber auch auf Wünsche eingegangen, Dienstleister eben. Sie isst eigentlich immer Fleisch und war noch nie unzufrieden. Preisleistung passt für uns gut. Kommen gerne wieder.
Very friendly in the customer's transition absolutely courteous and welcoming nice gastronomy with summer terrace .Of course meat and sausage products Family run property with large area and sufficient practicing places in beautiful idyllic location! Absolutely recommended always worth a visit.
I didn't know what to do with the name. the card sounded very promising. I love the Austrian cuisine anyway. here they even feel a bit like in Austria when they get served the incredibly delicious food. a big compliment to the kitchen! I didn't eat as good as you!
very good food friendly service and beautiful surroundings make the food here an experience. a few details such as the toilet with the charm of the seventies The concrete floor and a glass with rupture leave something to doubt.

We enjoy the online wine tasting of Salwey winery with dishes from the Ponyhof Wussler. Great concept! Great food! Great wines! Thank you for the pleasant change in the Corona period!
