I've visited this restaurant several times in the past without any problems, but this time I had a frustrating experience. I ordered three different three-piece tender combos, but there was no screen to confirm my order. It wasn't until I got home, 15 minutes later, that I discovered my order had been processed as dark meat three-piece meals instead. I tried calling the number on the receipt for 40 minutes with no answer, and the number listed on maps was busy for the same duration. I finally submitted a review online, but I doubt anyone will respond. This was a complete waste of $30!
I placed an online order about an hour before I arrived and had to wait 15 minutes after getting there to receive my food. While I was waiting, I tried to order some additional chicken strips but was informed that they were out of stock. I also used the restroom during my wait, and it was in a terrible state; the smell was overwhelming. Unfortunately, this wasn't unexpected since the lobby was also quite dirty. On a positive note, once we finally got our food, it was really good.
The food was acceptable, but the portion sizes for the sides were disappointingly small. They served a tiny scoop in a large container for what should have been a regular side. I won’t be returning to this restaurant again; the place was quite dirty, with every table unclean, floors covered in litter and grease, and the bathroom in disarray. Even the parking lot was messy. The trash cans inside were overflowing, and they were out of fries!
This is without a doubt the dirtiest restaurant I have ever visited. There were several people loitering and chatting, including the manager. All the trash cans were overflowing, even the one in the men's restroom. Trash littered the floor in the restroom and throughout the dining area. None of the tables had been cleaned. However, the food was quite good!

This is by far the worst Popeyes I've ever visited. The service is comically bad. They rarely have what you’re looking for, and the drive-thru experience is ridiculous. I always forget that I need to budget at least half an hour for any food order here, which is outrageous for a fast food place. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
The staff was rude and seemed disorganized, as they couldn't even pack the order properly—they just tossed everything into the bag before handing it out the window. This was the worst Popeyes experience I've ever had. I definitely do not recommend this location.
The food is good, but the service is painfully slow. It took 15 minutes to place my order, even though there was only one person in line ahead of me. They could definitely learn a thing or two about efficiency from the other trendy place.
As for wheelchair accessibility, I wouldn’t recommend this place for someone in a wheelchair. The parking lot is a bit challenging, and the doorway is not easy to navigate.
