Was just here Easter Sunday after Church. I wanted to say even though it was a little busy there were 2 young men working up front who were doing a fantastic job. I watched one of them after he had all of a family’s food on trays then they decided they wanted it packed to go. He did not make a face, or say anything, did it quickly and smiled, then got back to us, his next customer. You only ever hear bad stuff about fast food employees, I wanted to point these young men out but unfortunately, I did not catch their names. This restaurant was well managed on this busy afternoon. Thank you!
We placed an order online and paid for it, but when we arrived at the restaurant, the staff informed us that they were closed and had not received our order. We ordered at 9 PM, and their website states they close at 11 PM on Fridays. If they were really closed, why were the doors unlocked and the lights on, and how was I able to place and pay for our order? I've had nothing but issues with this place! The employees are extremely rude and clearly have no understanding of customer service. We will definitely not be returning, and I do not recommend this restaurant at all!
Asked for a number 3 with no pickle, didn’t get any cheese or bacon on my sandwhich and they put pickles on it. Had order a large mac as well. Was pulled on what I assumed the chicken. But nah after 5 mins of waiting they had came out and said they were out of Mac? I’ve worked at this Popeyes it’s not hard to check if you have any Mac up or if there’s any if the warmer, especially before you charge and pull a car? Also didn’t get any silverware for the mashed or the honey I’d asked for. Food was at least fresh.
See alot of 1 stars all for the same reasons. My experience was no exception. Stood at the counter 10 minutes before being acknowledged. People was bringing food back to the counter because their order was wrong. The place was absolutely filthy. No clean tables. They was out of straws. And then the food was mediocre at best. No more for me!

The Handcrafted Tenders Dinner (5 Pieces) was great as always. However, this time my order came with the Chilled Strawberry Premium Lemonade, which unfortunately tasted about 80% watered down. I suspect this might have been because it was close to closing time when I ordered. Additionally, my sauces were missing.
The dining room was closed, so I had to use the drive-thru. Just a heads up: if you order the wings, make sure they're placed right side up in the bag and not flat! I also didn't receive any napkins, and the shrimp tackle box was really cold. It would be better if the wings were packed in a separate box!
I ordered the 5-piece tender combo and was disappointed to find that there were no fries included when I got home. Additionally, the tenders were mostly breading with only a little bit of chicken. Overall, I was very disappointed!
The wings came with the wrong sauce; they were coated in a sweet and spicy flavor instead of the honey BBQ I requested. They were so spicy that I couldn't even eat them, which was frustrating since I was really hungry.

The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was both crispy and juicy, while the new 6-piece wings had a nice kick to them; I opted for the Ghost Pepper flavor. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
The store was nasty. The works were rude had attitudes. Over all not a great experience!
