Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered three chicken sandwiches, and the manager placed one on the counter near the drive-thru window. The girl at the window took my son's sandwich out of the bag, but it fell onto the counter. A guy working there helped her put it back in the bag. If they know it's delayed, they shouldn't take the sandwich out of the bag. I asked for a refund but never received it. The manager was angry with me instead of addressing the situation with the employee who handled my son's sandwich. It feels like I've been robbed. So disappointing.

poor service. they calculated my credit card twice and gave me only one order. I called my credit card and they canceled the other one. the personal that manipulates the reception are not the intelligent people on the planet. chicken strips are very oily. the personal is very thrifty with the sauces. I ordered twenty stripes and all that I got was four soße (he refused to give more.) the strips were tiny and should not have been counted as legit strips. what is not recommended with this dark culture popeyes?

Service is horrible and workers here are not very friendly. And they're extremely cheap!I ordered a 10 piece tender but not all pieces were equal in size. Some were legit full tender size but some tenders were literally half the size of the other pieces. Ridiculous. Not the way to do business.Go to another location or KFC just a few stores down from them.

I placed three orders for chicken and requested grill sauce for each one, but not a single packet was included in the bag, despite asking multiple times. I also inquired about a spicier sauce, and the staff member seemed annoyed when he finally handed it to me. The service was terrible. Who wants to drive back to the city just to get grill sauce? I just left the place and the service was very bad the manager was very disrespectful without education raising the tone of his voice just for taking two jalapeños that were in a jar on the counter and nowhere or sign said that they could not be taken. the truth to be considered a family restaurant should have better staff in charge.

8 piece meal plus 2 med drinks and a bottle of water cost about $38. I am assuming I was charged for a bottle of water. I had requested for the free water but given a bottle of water. The food was good.Parking: No quite parking friendly

The restaurant doesn't allow you to choose between white meat or dark meat for the combo meals, so if you're hoping for leg or thigh, there's no way to ensure you'll get them. They should definitely add that option for selection.

I wouldn't recommend ordering close to closing time. The biscuit was burnt, and the chicken was not good either. So disappointing. Reserva una mesa ahora

The sandwiches were delicious and freshly made. It's likely the best Popeyes location I've ordered from!
