Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Probably one of the most positive customer oriented fast food locations I've ever seen. A few months back we were in the drive-through here. It was taking a bit longer, but that's often the case with chicken places. When we got up to the window theyapologized and offered us all free drinks. A few weeks back we ordered via skip the dishes. We had a large order of over $70 forour family of 5. The order that arrived was a single small meal. We talked to the driver to advise the order was wrong. Had togo through Skip the Dishes who had no other offer but to cancel the order and re-order another one. With 3 hungry young kidsthat was not an option and Skip the Dishes would offer no other solution....

I've visited this restaurant about a dozen times and the food has consistently been excellent. The portion sizes are generous—sometimes a bit more than expected—and everything is always served correctly with no missing items. The staff is friendly and responds well when treated with respect. During my last visit, the manager even offered me a special that was no longer on the menu, which really made my day. A young lady who said she was "kind of new" served me, but she handled everything like a seasoned pro. I was impressed; she didn't miss a beat. It's definitely worth the drive to the west end.

Terrible customer service and excessively long wait times. I've been at the drive-thru window for the last 10 minutes without anyone coming to inform me about the delay, even though I've already placed my order and I'm still stuck here as I write this. This isn't the first or second occurrence either! You really need to hire better staff and improve your training. There aren't many dining options in Lindsay, especially with drive-thrus. Your business should strive to offer excellent service to attract customers, but who would want to come back when faced with such unreasonable wait times?

Easy customer service and waiting times. I've been through the window in the last 10 minutes. No one has come into the window to say that there is a waiting time, even if I have already placed my order and are still waiting in the drive as I type it. It's not the first time, or the second time! You really need to hire better staff and train better! There are not many food options in Lindsay especially with Drive-Through Your company should be the best service to attract customers, but who wants to go there if you need to wait ridiculous waiting times. The second issue involved someone who appeared to be the manager. We witnessed him reprimanding a coworker in front of customers, and it was clear she felt humiliated. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident; he continued to belittle another employee in a similar manner, which was quite distressing to witness. After he left, we took a moment to encourage the two female staff members for their hard work. While the food itself was good, the overall experience left a bad impression on us.

I usually don't eat this kind of fast food, but since I was out of town and it was on my way home, I decided to stop by. The woman at the drive-thru was very friendly and efficient. I ordered the chicken strips, and they were surprisingly delicious—plenty of meat and great flavor. I also enjoyed the biscuit that came with my meal, which I wasn't expecting. The portion was generous and fresh. I would definitely recommend it!

literally waited a half hour for 12 chicken tenders that costed $37 with a side of no joke 6 small onion rings. also mentioning the fact that every piece of chicken i was given, was clearly uncooked and very pink. don?t recommend this place even theslightest.

The food was amazing! It was spicy, crispy, and absolutely delicious! The customer service was outstanding as well! A special shout-out to the guy working tonight—he made my son's birthday dinner truly special!

I had an incredible experience at this store! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The cashier, Kauda, was amazing. I would definitely recommend this store!
