The wait time is ridiculous, i understand that everywhere is short staffed however this is just lack of efficiency and poor customer service. There have been many time where knowing the the wait is long i show up 10-20 min later then my pick up time from a mobile order knowing the wait is always without fail longer then it says. But after ordering this evening and selecting the “pick up now” option i showed up 20 minutes after placing the order. Within 5 minutes of being there i was asked my name so they could start working on my order (which didn’t even contain 2 full meals). So tell me why i had to wait in Popeyes for another 25 minutes. I used the app for Popeyes because it said that there are more offers if you scanned the little barcode at the bottom of the coupons they sent out so I tried it. Same deals nothing different. Then I place my order they tried to make me pay with Googlewhich I never do so it did not go through and then they wanted you to put in a different card or debit I don't like to do thosethings however against my better judgment I wanted R dinner so I went ahead ordered. When I got to Popeyes not surprisingly myorder was not ready nor did it go through the app. Not a happy camper. Then the chicken sandwiches or dried out the quality hasgone down but the price has gone up.
You would think that the person that took my order and I come from two feuding families. That young man seemed to have a seething hate towards me for no reason, lol. I gave this spot 1 star because they honestly treat me like a burden every time Icome here and half the time they screw up the order or give you some gross cole slaw. They need to up their game and teachtheir employees the value of quality customer service.
I?m shocked by the other reviews! I was waiting for my spouse in UPS and saw a lot of people go in and out of Popeyes so I hopped out for a quick 2piece wings.it?s earlier in the day about 1130am and It was fresh as hell and good!!!!! Biscuit nice andfresh too. Service was great also. I actually like that the wings are small. It?s real chicken, not the steroid big ones thatlooked like they?ve been pumped up!

I would give this restaurant a rating of zero stars if possible, but since the lowest is one star, I'll settle for that. I often order from here since I work in the area, but the staff is unwelcoming and has a poor attitude. I cannot recommend this Popeyes location, as they frequently get my orders wrong. It seems the staff spends more time chatting than actually working.
Last time I ever come to this Popeyes. I prefer to drive 5 more minutes and go to the one in crofton. Their chicken is fresh and good. Unlike this Bowie Popeyes, the chicken was dry and had no flavor. The Employees were very disrespectful and slow. Theydon?t have chicken ready and supposedly the chicken is fresh but it?s not. It?s very gross.
I don't know what's happening with these fast food places. I ordered chicken and red beans and rice, and I was very disappointed. The chicken was undercooked and slightly pink on the inside. The red beans and rice were bland and tough. I ended up throwing it all away. I prefer to cook my own meals since it saves me both money and time.
The staff needs improvement. The two managers I've encountered consistently get my order wrong and don't seem professional when dealing with customers. They are often rude and provide poor customer service, frequently making mistakes while focusing more on their conversations than on the customers. This is detrimental to the business.

I have experienced delays and incorrect orders a few times when ordering online from this restaurant. However, on some occasions, they have made up for it by offering additional items when I have had to wait a long time. Despite these hiccups, the food is consistently delicious and the staff is friendly.
