Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The wait time is ridiculous, i understand that everywhere is short staffed however this is just lack of efficiency and poor customer service. There have been many time where knowing the the wait is long i show up 10-20 min later then my pick up time from a mobile order knowing the wait is always without fail longer then it says. But after ordering this evening and selecting the “pick up now” option i showed up 20 minutes after placing the order. Within 5 minutes of being there i was asked my name so they could start working on my order (which didn’t even contain 2 full meals). So tell me why i had to wait in Popeyes for another 25 minutes. we came during a slow time, so no complaining about the waiting time. the man who took our order had no reason to hire and the guy who gave up our order was extra confrontation over us that a 5-star rating in exchange for a free apple cake or drink. we told him we were not interested and he insisted that we do. his behavior was inappropriate and irritating. as far as the order is concerned, the chicken could be fried a little longer, and we ordered buoy and rice; ended with buoy without rice. we're staying with the popeyes in our neighbourhood.

I would like to give this restaurant a rating of 0 stars, but the lowest option is 1 star. I frequently order from this place because I work nearby. The staff here is unfriendly and has a bad attitude. I do not recommend ordering from this Popeyes location because they consistently mess up my orders. The staff here talk too much and work very little.

what's going on with these fast food sites, I ordered huh and red beans and rice very disappointing the huh was boiled a little blood in the inside. my red beans and rice were bland and hard. I threw it away. I only cook my own food . money and my time

You have to fire the people you work. the 2 black manager always my order wrong. they are not professional to do with the customer. they are very rude and bad customer service! always make mistakes and are busy talking to each other. bad for business.
