Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered a 3 peice spicy tender combo with onion rings, and an 8 piece nugget combo with mashed potatoes.We waited a while (which is understandable as the food is always fresh) I recieved the order (without receipt) and when I opened the one container it was chicken on the bone instead of the tenders. The cashier was very polite but kept saying that I had ordered the 3 piece chicken combo instead of tenders (my autistic daughter will not eat meat off of a bone, so I definitely did NOT order bone in chicken for her)They offered to make some fresh tenders but it would be another wait (we had already been there for nearly 20 minutes and we're running late by this point and couldn't wait)Basica...

Got a twelve piece meal. Took 25 min to make. Wanted half and half, spicy and regular. Asked two times by staff if we'd take 3 spicy and rest regular. We said no. Clearly they were too lazy to make a whole fresh batch and were trying to push the old stuff sitting there on us. So we get back to our place and the fries are a soggy mess. Mac and cheese is tasteless. No napkins, forks or anything else. Luckily I grabbed salt and asked for ketchup. Chicken was only good because I refused the old stuff and waited. This barely gets two stars. Try the other place in town I'd advise. This one is not a winner.

Walk into Popeyes 9pm at night. Greeted by this lovely lady that had the best customer service I come across in This town in awhile at a fast food joint! She took the time to help us out with picking our meal for the best bang for our buck! Over all wonderful lady! Wish I got her name to recognize her! Hope this review gets back to her because she was worth a review ! Will be going back again! Thanks a lot!

I have worst worst worst experience Popeys staff is very rood. They worked unprofessionally . I went for pickup and order is not ready .instead of making the order, she said cancelled the order. I think this is not way to deal with drivers . The staff must have equal respect for customers and delivery drivers.

Clean restaurant, good chicken always. Service is decent nothing exceptional. Location is awkward to get to as the parking lot is always a crowded mess.
