As many times before today I went to get some dinner for my family. I got my order but right before leaving I noticed I was missing one of my sides. This hasn?t been the only time this happens. I would?ve thought that besides missing a side they wouldat least make it right with the main thing which is THE CHICKEN. I got home and I didn?t have the complete portions of myCHICKEN. If you came for Popeyes you won't be disappointed. The fried Spicy chicken tenders were good, but the mild ones had one or 2 out of 5 that tasted off. The fries and spicy chicken tenders were hot out of the fryer, which is always good. The only issue withPopeyes is the speed at which they take and fulfill customers orders. It's a little slow, but the system in place was notoptimized for this kind demand. I recommend Popeyes do some research to find a way to optimize service at a higher rate ofspeed. I'm giving 5 stars because of the friendly and professional staff as well as the fresh, hot food. If it wasn't for their app discounts I would give it only 1 star. The regular prices are outrageous just like every other food place. I don't really blamethe establishment, I blame the economy and how our government is mishandling EVERYTHING. This Popeyes has really changed for thebetter. It seems well staffed and my order was ready and the bag was put on the counter before I could get my debit card backinto my wallet. It's unlike the horrible Popeyes in Ashdale Plaza where their employees are rude and the food is rarely warm. Istopped going there over a year ago.
My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. It took an unusually long time—about 30 minutes—to place my order. The staff at the counter struggled with communication, which led to confusion. Interestingly, there were other customers right behind me who spoke perfect English and received their orders promptly, so it seems like a solvable issue that could improve the ordering process. Additionally, I believe I was overcharged by $20 and initially received the wrong order. Because of these issues, I won't be returning until there are changes in management.

After waiting for a long time to order (the line wasn?t long at all, only had two people ahead of me. the workers were taking their time before finally taking our orders), I paid for the 4 piece signature chicken meal and chicken sandwich?after gettingmy order (another long period of time) I noticed that I didn?t get any sauce and asked for some. I had to pay 50 cents for onesingle sauce? when I paid a total of $17.68 I expect to get a few sauce packets for free along with my meal. This is ridiculous.Never coming back here again.
Popeyes is some good chicken. Sometimes, the customer service is good. Should give customer fresh fries all the time because once the fries are cold, they don't taste good anymore. The biscuits or dry. They are too expensive. I only eat there with coupons Bathroom need to be cleaner, and it should have paper towels because everyone does not like using hand dryer. And need it to open the door with so germs won't get on hands so you can eat.
The ghost pepper wings were a huge letdown. I waited a long time for my order, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. The wings lacked flavor and were small with hardly any meat on them. The only highlight of my meal was my favorite side of rice and beans. However, I certainly won't be ordering the ghost pepper wings again.
Selection of sides were poor and what they had was cold. What could I expect at 1130PM? Was happy they were open and had chicken left. Cashier was friendly and apologetic for the poor selection at that time of the night.

I swear popeyes is having a competition to see which location can make the thinnest chicken strips possible and stil call it chicken.
