I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The manager on duty was not familiar with what a combo entails and was quite rude. One of the staff members, a Guyanese Indian woman, also struggled with customer service skills. Additionally, there were staff members who couldn't take orders correctly. Overall, I was really dissatisfied with my order tonight. The manager even mentioned that a combo doesn’t include a soda, which is incorrect. The customer service here needs significant improvement, and I believe the restaurant should consider hiring better staff.
This place cook chicken in bulk and serve old chicken that has been sitting out all day, it’s always burnt and soggy oil spots as well from the layers of old chicken that is piled on top of each other waiting to be sold and pushed out, their chicken is disgusting and people don’t pay to be served stale chicken SOUNDS LIKE A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION TO ME.
Purchased a two piece chicken. When I went home and open the box the small size of the thigh is the same size of the leg. How shameful selling tiny pieces for a high price. I am very disappointed also the small mash potatoes had no gravy. Buyers always check your orders before leaving.
I just had a disappointing experience. I ordered 6 pieces of chicken, but when I got home and opened my box, I only found 4 pieces. This is really frustrating, Pop Eyes. I'm upset about it. Additionally, the staff always seem to have an attitude.

Service is alright, but sometimes you get chicken thighs or strips that been sitting there for too long and there not pleasant.
Chicken is too oily and over fried my second time buying Popeyes and getting the same oily Chicken and over fried chicken
Worst place to spend ur money if u wanna get food poison eat here the food is disgusting.
