Ann was extremely unprofessional during our recent visit around 2:23 pm. My boyfriend and I came to pick up two Uber Eats orders while working, and since the orders were already in the system, they should have been ready. However, that wasn’t the case. When we arrived, my boyfriend asked about the delay and was told it would be a few more minutes, but nothing else was communicated. When he approached Ann at the front to ask again, she responded with a mumble and an annoyed whisper, then ignored him completely.
After waiting for forty minutes, we approached the counter again. I politely reminded Ann that we’d been waiting almost forty minutes and that my boyfriend had already spoken to her,...
The food here is delicious and served hot! However, I found the nighttime servers to be a bit rude during my late-night visit. They didn’t seem very friendly and were reluctant to answer my questions. Additionally, the family meal I ordered was supposed to include a mix of chicken pieces (breast, thighs, wings, and drumsticks), but I only received breasts and thighs—no wings or drumsticks at all. If you want better service and accurate orders, I recommend going earlier in the evening.
Poor customer service at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. I went through the drive-thru to place my order, but the employee kept interrupting me after every item, repeatedly asking, "Is that it?" I never received a receipt, and my order was incorrect. If I wanted bad service, I might as well have gone to KFC. Popeyes, please improve! Also, when I left, all the staff were hanging out in the back chatting instead of working. The menu options were appealing, but the service was disappointing.
I usually order 2 servings of 3 whole wings with 1 tocuit each, but when I got home today, I discovered that both orders were missing a tocuit. I tried calling the number listed for the restaurant, but it didn't work. I searched online for another number and called multiple times, but no one answered. This was very disappointing! I will definitely not be returning to this place.

I just picked up the 16-piece tenders family meal and when I got home, there were fewer than 16 pieces. On top of that, they weren’t the usual tenders—they were broken up and included their new nuggets. I tried calling, but no one answered and there was no voicemail. Very disappointed. We usually love Popeyes, but this experience was not worth the money.
The customer service at this location is really disappointing. They often mess up our order by leaving out items or miscounting. When we ask for corrections, they usually can't accommodate us. They also often run out of menu items. I recommend going to the Azusa location instead—it’s a much better experience.
The food was served hot and fresh. The chicken was delicious, and the macaroni and cheese was incredible—unlike many places, it had that perfect, crispy cheese crust on top. The biscuits were absolutely the best I've ever had. A fantastic place to come and enjoy a meal!
I will never return to this restaurant. They were out of nearly everything on the menu. To make matters worse, I was stuck behind the car in front of me for 20 minutes in a cramped drive-thru while they waited for their order. It was the worst experience I've ever had.

Always like Popeyes that it has fantastic chicken and shrimps. It is delicious attractive. Crispy outside and juicy inside . Always super clean and decorations are charming in that species setting . Very friendly staffs that nice to delivery persons.
