eating is good and hot! but the night servers are a little rude when they pick up a late night. they had no pleasant attitude and did not want to answer any questions. also the family meal I ordered should be a mixture of chicken pieces (brust, upper legs, wings and legs). I only have boobs and upper legs, no wings or legs. go early if they want a better service and get their order right.

This place has the worst customer service. They typically get our order wrong, forgetting items, not counting properly, etc. When you ask if they could fix things, they normally aren't able to honor anything. They frequently run out of items too. Do yourself a favor and go to the Azusa location. SOOO much better.

I always put 2 orders for 3 whole wings with 1 tocuit, today when I came home and found both orders missing 1 tocuit, tried the number on reception and did not exist, googled online found another number attempted several times, no one answered, very disappointing! definitiw no longer to this place.

I'll never go again. they were out of everything....then... I was behind the car in front of me 20 minutes in a narrow drive through when they waited for their order. the worst experience I've ever had.

my last visit has a limited time nuggets. they should not be limited. but all the time. He got 24 for $12 and each of them had meat and was a firm nugget with real chicken meat.
