I honestly think this store is still open just because of its location.The parking lot has poor lighting and the sign is never lit so place looks closed. They're always out of chicken or do not give you all of your items. Place has a phone number but don't bothering calling them because they told me they have no phone at the store. This particular visit I ordered my food online at 7:34 pm only to be told when we got there that they needed 30 minutes to make more chicken. Even though I ordered online in advance. We come back and get home only to find out the chicken is terribly burnt and overcooked and we were missing items. I had to go back up to the store and request a refund in which they...

We went to the Popeye's in seffner on MLK at around four-thirty in the afternoon to get some food. We ordered a 12-piece spicy meal. What we realized when we got home and open the chicken was all we had were two thighs and 13 wings and biscuits and with the chicken it cost us$48.. we ordered a large coleslaw and it was only half filled.. we will never go back to that place again because it's nothing but a rip off... The Popeyes in Brandon is much better and gives what'd you order. They give you the different types of pieces of chicken you're supposed to get not like MLK that shortchanges you.

This place is horrible and needs to be shut down. The customer service is deplorable, this company really needs to reconsider who they hire. The restaurant is dirty and unpleasant. The employees uniforms are unsightly(look unclean). Forget about the hours of operation. This place closes at any time of the day. When going to this restaurant you can almost always garnitee that your order will be messed up or they will be out of something on the menu. Like really who is running this place. They need to be replaced immediately.

I just sat in the drive thru with no one in front of me, waiting to order for 11 min. Then when the girl finally came to take my order, no apologies or explanation for the wait. When I placed my order she rudely told me it would be another 20-30 min. Will never go back. They need to work on their customer service and time management. I left and went to KFC.

Honestly don't waste your time coming here. I've came to this certain Popeyes location about 3 times and each time they had some excuse for closing their doors way earlier than when they're actually supposed to close. I just don't get why they are so lazy literally getting paid to do nothing smh

The chicken was double fried and super greasy. When I pulled in, I thought they were closed. The lights were on, but couldn't see any of the staff. The location was out of wings and drums. The staff was professional and polite.

Today 02/23/23 I ordered a family mealAnd they didn’t give me mashed potatoes I’ve been calling them but cannot be reach not recommended poor service their chicken is so tiny especially the wings and drumsticks

1st thing can you wait 20 minutes every time you go To this PopeyesThey try their best to get you to leave.It's a chicken place WHY not cook chicken especially your heavy hours?

Never a pleasant experience at this place. Most often this fast food place took a half hour or more to get our order. Not surprised it was closed.
