I 've ordered at this place a few times and their chicken has a different taste. It doesn 't taste exactly like Popeyes...like the chicken quality is off and the seasoning is altered. Something about the taste is off. Also, the chicken has a frozen chicken taste to it.... like the chicken was frozen solid at one point and thawed out. 1 other person complained about a rancid taste and I can also confirm that a ton of their side dishes like the beans have a subtle rancid taste.... Overall, their food has a freshness issue....This is the first Popeyes location that the food tastes a few days old, frozen, or rancid.... Overall, the food feels off......The taste and quality is off....

I visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and had difficulty hearing the person at the drive-thru. When I asked the cashier to repeat my order, it was correct, but when I got home, the 8-piece family meal included only a large side and 4 biscuits. The mashed potatoes were not a large serving, and I didn't receive the fries. I wanted to give this location another shot since it's close to my home, but it seems I'll be sticking with the one in Addison instead. Their menu just doesn't meet my expectations.
The night shift staff at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen seem to be struggling, as they are exceptionally slow and frequently make mistakes with orders. This has become quite frustrating. When I have to return to resolve an issue, they don't put in any effort to assist me. You pay for what you want on the menu, only to get what they decide to give you. It's truly disappointing! The location on Army Trail is undoubtedly much better.

Disappointed with the entire dining experience. Service was ok. Food was marginal. Was shocked to see the cook in the back working without a hairnet or hat, everyone else had a hat or visor on. The music was horrible. Felt as though I was in a Moroccan resturant with the pan flute or strings and constant drum beat. The worst was the female employee constantly yelling during my entire visit. Won't be back.

This place definitely needs extensive training. The lady on the speaker was polite, the guys were awful. I am sorry to say they were not courteous and lack basic customer service. I do not know if the franchisor knows about this!! More etiquette and more politeness is needed by the men there. Why should anyone come to a location where acceptable communication skills does not exist??!
