This is my third visit to this location, and each time has been a chaotic experience. The management should be embarrassed for employing such young and inexperienced staff. They struggle to handle even a light dinner rush, despite serving pre-cooked chicken and packaged mashed potatoes. This establishment desperately needs a complete overhaul, from management down to the employees. They frequently miss special requests, even when they are clearly noted, and have forgotten entire orders only to argue about it later. It's frustrating to see seven employees behind the counte...
I had a wonderful lunchtime experience at Popeyes. Out of my three visits, this was the first time the chicken sandwich was actually in stock. Although I wouldn’t suggest waiting 45 minutes in line, I was lucky to only wait 6 minutes, and it was absolutely worth it. Being really hungry made the fried chicken sandwich taste even better. The sauce is good, but the pickles and juicy chicken really shine on their own. I’d definitely return to this Popeyes again, as long as it’s not too busy. The chicken sandwich costs $3.99, so don’t be fooled into thinking it’s only available as part of a $10 combo.
I've been to this Popeyes multiple times, and my experiences have mostly been negative, which made me avoid dining here altogether. However, today I had a craving and thought I'd give it another shot. I'm happy to report that the service was excellent. It's clear that there were previous leadership issues, but Juan really knows how to keep things running smoothly. His customer service is top-notch, and I would hire him without hesitation.
Make sure to check out the app or website for amazing deals! Overall, I rated my experience as above average, and I'd say it's quite a bit better than KFC. Popeyes is my second favorite, just after Jollibee, which I consider the best. The fried chicken at Jollibee is crispier, hotter, and fresher. I give Popeyes a solid 4 stars, thanks to the fantastic promotions available on their app and website.

The chicken sandwich is simply fantastic! It may not look very big, but the fried chicken is surprisingly substantial with a light coating of flour. It’s incredibly tender and, dare I say, juicy. It's straightforward yet delicious, and the price is quite reasonable. Plus, the service is quick and friendly.
Popeyes in San Bruno is amazing! The staff is friendly, and the service is fast, especially thanks to my DoorDash driver, Chris. It was just what I needed on a rainy night. The 12-piece family meal has everything you could want, especially with those honey packets for the biscuits!
The crispy chicken is moist and flavorful on the inside, and you certainly get good value for your money. Just be ready for a possible long wait in line. I ordered the family deal along with two sandwiches, which totaled around $30.
I ordered my Thanksgiving turkey from here, and the whole experience was smooth and trouble-free. The turkey was flavorful and only required two hours to cook.
