Worse experience ever on a Sunday! Inside the doorway, you?re greeted by a weed man serving and smelling of his product. Next, no greeting from staff members, while I witness terrible customer service toward other patrons. The man asked for condiments andwas told sarcastically that?s all they had. All this, while prices are at an all time high. Unacceptable. THIS PLACE NEEDS NEWMANAGEMENT AND STAFF, maybe even security ASAP! Haven?t been to Popeye?s in a while before today and based on this experiencewill not return until proper changes are made. No purchase was made. Me and my granddaughter went to another location. Weexpect MORE IN OUR COMMUNITY.
Went to Popeyes today for dinner for me and my grandson waited over 15 minutes placed an order finally then my order wasn?t right and I was not giving the two pies that high pay for. The manager that I talk to you would not share his name and told methat the man waited on me put the pies in my bag. There was not a man who waited on me they were a woman. I said that I wantedmy money back and he told me that they don?t give refunds and refused to give me his name and he said he was a manager the othermanager did not have time to talk to me he was doing something else . We?ll find another Popeyes to eat it or when I eat Popeyesanymore.
This Popeyes establishment exceeded my expectations. The facility was immaculately clean, meticulously organized, and well-maintained. The cashier displayed exceptional professionalism, greeting me warmly and efficiently processing my order. The promotions offered were attractive. My food was served piping hot, demonstrating a high standard of quality. Service: Dine in
Chicken was dried out. Ordered mac and cheese, git mashed potatoes and gravy instead. One pack of cajun sparkle and no napkins. Never ever in my lifetime will I go back. If you donate $1 or more you are supposed to get a coupon for free apple pie , Idonated $5 and got nothing

Food is good but, Drive through is dangerous, no exit in case you change your mind or in case of an emergency. I stopped using the drive thru and just go in to the store, plus it's always shady people in the surroundings.

The slowest drive thru line ever. There were only five people in front of us but we waited in line for over 30 minutes. This location needs new management
