AVOID AT ALL COST (especially if you are Asian). This was by far one of the worst experiences we had with a fast food chain restaurant. And not because of their food, but because of their customer service. On August 11th, my husband, brother, and I came to the American Dream Mall as there was still a little bit of time before our BlackPink concert and my brother was hungry. We figured we still had 1 hour before the concert started and had plenty of time. We found parking after circling around for 5 minutes and went to the restroom. If there were 0 star , I would give 0 star! The service and food are the worst I've ever seen! I ordered 5 pieces chicken wings combo meal with french fries and coke, but I didn't get my side order french fries and drink, I asked the manager where is my side order and drink, the manager very rude, replied that it was because you didn't ask for it! It is so ridiculous！Finally, I spent $14.99 to get only 5 pieces nasty chicken wings!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. FOOD IS DISGUSTING. ATMOSPHERE IS DISGUSTING. Bought chicken and it was black. Asked for them to change it out and the started screaming profusely. Handling food without gloves and upset that I asked for him to wear gloves if he will be touching the food. DISGUSTING DISGUSTING

It’s a Popeyes in a mall. The chicken nuggets were good but tiny. We didn’t have to wait long. Our order listed ketchup but the chicken nuggets didn’t come with ketchup.

Very polite respectful workers. We went 10 minutes before they closed and surprisingly the employees were super nice and even gave us a free Mac cheese.
