Love Popeyes food, but my order is wrong every time I come here, and this evening was the WORST customer service.I ordered a combo meal with extra gravy (I repeated it multiple times in the drive thru) yet when I got my order there was NO gravy AT ALL on my potatoes. I pulled back into the drive thru and asked how a mistake like this even happens, and the female employee offered no apology or any explanation. Just “I don’t know I don’t package the food.” She took the wrong potatoes back and gave me the correct one, only then to insult me. I’ve never had such a terrible experience before. I usually anticipate that Popeyes will serve the best chicken but also that they might make a mistake with my order. However, at this location, everything was spot on! My order was correct, the food was delicious, and when I requested tea without ice, they happily accommodated me while also letting me know it was still warm. I really dislike watered-down tea, so I appreciated their willingness to listen and their thoughtfulness in informing me that it was hot. This is a fantastic store! I will definitely be coming back.
Lobby is closed, so we wanted to do 3 separate orders apparently they can't even do two separate orders. We had to drive around 3 times. Then all of our spicy chicken sandwichs had no sauce on it. I didn't get my extra pickle. We didn't get our sauces even though we asked at the window for more and the lady swore it was in the bag. The young lady was that room our first order was the only good experience we had there. The rest of the workers were rude. Never again will we back. Oh and they no longer have corn.

Go Jessica! She has excellent customer service and beautiful smile. The chicken sandwich was good. First bite had a great warm balance of crisp from the fried chicken to the flavorful sauce. Topped off with a little crunch from the pickel in between the soft buns.
Terrible customer service skills. They mistook my 3 pc meal for a combo #3. Instead of fixing it they argued with me about my order. I just took what they gave me. That will be the last time I go to Popeye's. Way too many issues with food in the past.
I had a free coupon from a survey and was told because I went to another Popeyes I couldn't use the coupon at another Popeyes. I was told they just started doing that.Vegetarian options: Red beans and rice
Not a favorite among delivery drivers. They take a long time to package every order, which is frustrating, especially since the food is already cooked.
