Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Employees are nice but sort of seems like everyone has a certain thing they do and that’s it. My party had a large order of like 30 wings, 3 different flavors and a large fry. After my order roughly 5 customers came inside and placed their orders. When we left we were the only ones to get our order. We waited roughly 20ish mins or so maybe longer. I’d suggest mobile ordering so you don’t have to wait. The drive thru almost had a line out to the street when we left.

Oh boy, this chicken was popping fresh and hot and crispy crunchy and fresh like Popeyes back in the 80s. We hit the drive thru on our way home, and what a pleasure it turned out to be. As stated, we used the drive thru and all was good. The young lady on the speaker was polite and answered questions about specials that were posed to her. I can see myself stopping at another visit to the Charm City.

The main reason I visited Popeyes was to purchase biscuits. I got home and there were no biscuits in my order. The Popeyes was 30 to 40 minutes from my home. I called the number on the receipt. The number rang and went to a voicemail. I don't believe the receipt number was correct. I will never go to that location again.

BAD MANAGEMENT (I 'll use the word management lightly) from the chubby Latino manager who calls himself Brian the smaller assistant Latino manager. No people skills, nonchalant and dismissive. From now on, it will be the Randallstown and Security Blvd locations for our family versus this location for certain ! Reserva una mesa ahora

I was traveling that day, lesson learned, stick with what you know ?. I order something new and it was dry. They always have my regular order perfect ? so I should have just bought it, my fault ?. Great Staff. ?

Monse (the manager) went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer when my order was delayed due to a shortage and right before close! Amazing customer service 10/10
