I think this is the best Popeyes I have ever been to. Went at 11pm and got 3 pieces of chicken and a biscuit. The chicken was super juicy and tender with crispy skin. Service was the best of any Popeyes I've been to and they turned around my order very very quickly. Super impressed, I'll always think of this Popeyes whenever I eat at another one

I ordered a "4 Can Dine" offer through the app, but what I received was barely enough for two people. The quantity and quality were both disappointing, making it seem as if this branch and the chain as a whole are intentionally harming their reputation. although the food is good the service leaves something to be desired... leaving a note to substitute a sandwich combo for a delta mini combo on a delivery app ends up getting you what you ordered rather than what you requested (delta minis are not an option when delivering)

We were served by a really kind employee (I think her name was Veerpal . She knew her thing, was patient with us and even recommended the blackened sandwich which was definitely a great choice. Thank you Veerpal for your wonderful service :

Make sure to ask to get all your order fresh and check your food when you get it. They tried to pass of non spicy pieces as spicy when they clearly placed a liner inside. They probably thought a mobile order wouldn't get checked.

The manager at Urusa is quite unprofessional. The owner should consider letting her go. Urusa needs to be more mindful of the way she speaks.
