We had to get past a mass of people...But if you come from lot A, I guess it would be the 1st few stalls.Order and wait, the wait was awkward as I was constantly in people's way no matter where I moved... but that is how food courts are... I kind of wish the order and pickup stations were reversed. You would then be able to wait in a larger area.I ordered:Mango Jasmine Tea delicious, just a tad too sweet for me. Absolutely devoured my meal. ATE!!! I usually don’t leave reviews, but I’m a regular here and I absolutely love it. I decided to try the veggie because it was the cheapest. It was so colorful and beautiful presented. I usually don’t like tofu but it was sweet and delicious!! The broth is also so refreshing. The service was great and the cashier was super helpful when ordering, even though I had a bunch of questions. The vibe of the place is also really nice. It’s the cutest store in the food court by far. The price is worth it for the huge portion of ramen they give you. They’re very accommodating, and often give me samples and extra bowls when I ask. Tried the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen (their signature dish) and the Pork Gyoza. Service was friendly and the food came out quick. The broth was pretty good though I might not go with the spicy next time there was a bit too much chili oil for me. There was a good amount of vegetables including sprouts. The pork was stringy and tough though and the noodles are akin to thin spaghetti but plentiful. Next time I'll go with a vegetable ramen instead and skip the sliced pork. The gyoza was crispy and tasty and my partner enjoyed it.
Spicy miso was excellent (but not great for those with high cholesterol lol). I removed pork and added chicken. The ramen stayed very hot for a long time and the soup was very flavorful. The strawberry smoothie was really good. I spilled it by accident and they cleaned it up so quickly and prepared a new one right away without even asking. Great staff and wonderful customer service!!

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The Black Tonkotsu Ramen and Taro Tea were both delicious. The staff member who took our order was very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided great recommendations. The food arrived promptly and tasted fresh. I will definitely be returning in the future!
Staff is so friendly, i ordered veggie ramen and the matcha and it was so worth it. This place is such a hidden gem and is my go to every time i visit the mall. I was scared to try because of one or two review but I’m so glad i tried it. I actually devoured the meal.Dietary restrictions: vegan friendly
Bo-Hyun provided excellent service, being incredibly hospitable and making great recommendations. I ended up ordering the sweet and spicy chicken, which turned out to be one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant for its top-notch food and service, truly deserving of 5 stars.
This was my first time at Pora and it won't be my last I'm sure! The food is very filling and tastes really good! I enjoyed the vibe and the customer service is great! I convinced my mom to buy some Ramen from there, and despite her picky eating she enjoyed it!

The ramen at this restaurant is delicious. I suggest trying the black tonkotsu and miso ramen. The bubble tea is also quite tasty.
