I have to honestly say this was the worst sandwich I think I've ever had in my life, the kids Had no clue on how to help the front counter out, it's one of those shops where they have another shop, the drink shop added to their store. The kids on the front counter had no clue what was going,on one was trying to pick ice and told me to wait while he was picking up so I waited there for 10 minutes waiting for someone else to come up front the line was getting long behind me and all the kid cared … – show
My sandwich was actually pretty good, but I feel like they are a tad pricey for what you get. I rate them as the same level of Jimmy Johns and above Subway, but below jersey Mikes. They were a little bit slow when we went, the best part I guess is how convenient they are to where I live, but I would rather go down the street to American Grinders in the industrial area on river road.
Sat in the drive through for 15 mins. When I got to the pick up window I saw two boys screwing around. Whipping each other with towels and hitting each other with the broom and bread racks. I was so appalled. No wonder the wait is so long. One person is working and the rest are playing around. The sandwich was sad and had very little meat. Disappointed
I have been to this location multiple times and every time the customer service is terrible. Everyone seemed miserable and was very rude when asking what toppings. If you don’t want to be at work and are rude to customers, then don’t go to work…The food was mediocre.

The frozen steak was microwaved and slathered onto the bread straight from a cup. The juices soaked into the bread, making it pretty much inedible. The staff were friendly and offered us new bread, but overall, the sandwich still wasn't very good.
Great food at a reasonable price but had to wait in line for over 10 minutes to order and drink lids were not stocked at the self-serve fountain. There were plenty of employees they just lacked efficiency.
My sandwich was quite disappointing today. It had no mayo, was very dry, and had very few toppings. It also lacked onions and cucumbers. I took pictures, but unfortunately, I can't upload them.
Unfortunately, the sandwich was disappointing. I like to give places a second chance now and then, but I would recommend skipping this one.

Best subs, eat them. Don't mess around with other sandwiches or you will be left in a sad state of disappointment
