Used a coupon from groupon here with a group of four one evening. Firstly, the female staff member that served us was rude, abrupt and could use some interpersonal training, not to mention a course in customer service. Ordered 3 pizzas, ragu, calamari, chips. Seemed very effortful for her - "I'll have to go and put all that through". Then ordered some oysters separately - " it has to be a different number - we can't use the same table number as a coupon number" - the male staff member on didn't have much customer service experience either, and it showed. If you want people to visit your establishment, rule number one is to make them feel welcomed - is that not obvious?? You don't have staff...

Food, interior, service are all vastly improved. We both enjoyed our Friday lunch meals - chicken tacos & wood fired portabello mushroom parmy. Place was bustling & there's much needed new life in the air. Also keen to check out the new colonial bar upstairs! ????

if you want to book a space for work functions, you will stay away from this restaurant at any time. we have our booking to mid October for December Christmas celebration. our payment has confirmed the booking by the restaurant. later we got a call from their personal ashleigh that we were booked twice this day so that the reservation must be canceled. we're just sorry they don't cost anything and refund money. it took weeks to find out that they have booked someone twice, making me wonder what kind of dissatisfied employees they have. it is now weeks up to our Christmas celebration it will be difficult to find an alternative restaurant in this time frame. thanks to them the hotel in the har...

I am surprised this has a 2.9 rating - the service was good, the food was great, wine list was pretty good, atmosphere was alive and busy (Friday lunch) - what's not to like? Prices were all good as well. Anyway- for me this was a great lunch destination, a top of the line pub dining experience.
Went here with a very large table and the service and food was great! We all have three courses and drinks, and service was quick and friendly. All courses looked and tasted amazing, with generous sizes. Will definitely be back and recommend!

Just had a superb three course meal here. Great service and atmosphere too. Had the oysters and then the veal cutlet. Good wine list too. For dessert we had the strawberry and meringue yum.
