Porter's Stone Soup Cafe

My daughter and I were in the area on a little weekend trip and stopped in here for dinner. The food was excellent! Service was a little slow, as we did have to wait a little bit for someone to acknowledge us and provide menus. We both ordered the soup and sandwich combo and thoroughly enjoyed!

Great quick stop in an unassuming strip for lunch in the St. Pete area. I ordered the chicken pot pie soup and had a salad and it was out quick and delicious. Can’t beat the prices for lunch. Key lime pie and banana fosters pie were delightful as well!

Repeat customers we’ve always had solid food every visit. The Cactus Chili is especially good and I haven’t had a bad sandwich. The servers are friendly and prompt. They seem to have a broad beer selection too if that is your thing.

Nothing but excellence. My wife is currently in the hospital with a very serious brain anyorism, and the soup is the best medicine for her recovery. Please keep up the good work and will be looking forward to my next visit Reserva una mesa ahora

Love the healthy later night spot. My partner and I always ended up swapping bites of everything because choosing from the menu is difficult because it is all sooooooo good

We love this place. Never disappoints. Great food, atmosphere, and friendly service. We aren't beer drinkers, but they have a large selection of beer liquor.

My favorite is the chicken salad on swirl bread and the hearty veggie soup. Also the Stone Soup Salad. Very consistent over 20 years of eating there.
