Portillo's Bloomingdale

We were there in Sunday, there were not so many people, only some table was ordered, but it was busy on thruway. When we ordered we waiting more than 20 minutes for order, probably they forgot, and put my order where thruway, only when I ask they give me. And for me was weird when it said restroom out of order, but it was working.

Consistent product. Good food. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. They even up their service in the drive-thru during the busiest times to help with flow. I've never seen any other place do that. It works great. Admittedly, I was concerned when the original owners sold the place, but the food has been consistently good.

4 years ago pulled away and still dream of chili dogs and chocolate cake. Comfort food made right.
