Absolutely full of lazy employees and especially lazy management. Recorded them saying they can 't make anymore chicken 2 hours and 45 minutes prior to closing. Called corporate and had to email them a copy. Corporate was very generous, apologized, and gave 2 coupons for free family meals that don 't expire til December 2024. Said they 'll send someone to investigate why their machines were down though I told them it was just that they didn 't wanna give me 12 legs nor did they wanna cook any on the spot. Went to bojangles tonight instead where employees wanna actually work til closing rather than be lazy last 3 hours
Ordered a chicken tinder meal through the app. When I went to pick it up an hour before close I was told they had no more chicken and when I said I had a mobile order I was told there was just enough left for my order and ended up with a chicken breast torn up into 5 pieces instead also didn’t have the biscuit with the meal. I’m highly pissed :
I give it a 5 star when the food is fresh. I think best times to go is the peak hours. Like lunch time or dinner. Even though it crowed. They are having to make it fresh. At least that what I think. I could be wrong. But been times i went not peak hours and the food seems to have set awhile and chicken gets chewy.
am I the only one that gets throwing up sick when I eat here??? I got sick twice and a friend of mines just got sick 2 days ago.. I think there's something more to this. please beware. too bad Bojangles taste like cardboard.. id go there more.

They always forget something in the orders and a girl there had such an attitude also when I ordered fries last time it was kinda empty and I really thought some fell into the bag but no literally serving like nothing in the fry box
Ordered chicken nuggets for my little girl. When I opened the nuggets box I already knew she was served old chicken. They was dark and the breading was falling off the nugget.
Food tasted old and had an odd taste to it. The extra crispy was a dark brown like from old grease.
The food was so hard I could not eat it must have been left from lunch not the first time
