My visit to your restaurant on Saturday for supper was excellent. We arrived a bit early for our reservation, but we were seated promptly. The atmosphere was wonderful and although the restaurant was crowded, the service was efficient and our meals arrived quickly. The bruschettas were delicious, although I wish I could have just ordered the goat cheese ones. I ended up choosing the 'trio' as it was my first time at your establishment. The waitress then recommended the 'Fettuccine aux Canard Confit' which was absolutely incredible and perfectly cooked. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. We had a reservation at 7:30 and were promptly seated at a table. We ordered drinks and enjoyed them, followed by wine, but unfortunately we never received any food. We waited an hour for a cold starter that never arrived, even after inquiring about its whereabouts. The service was slow and despite the restaurant being busy, the wait was not acceptable. If you have plenty of time to spare, then maybe this restaurant could work for you. Otherwise, I would recommend avoiding it at all costs.
We had a delightful dinner at this restaurant. We visited during Labor Day weekend in Old Quebec and it was very busy. Despite being packed, the service provided by Amelie was fantastic. We shared the lasagna and a Caesar salad, both of which were delicious. The other dishes we saw being served to nearby tables also looked excellent. I would suggest making a reservation (we were able to skip the line) and definitely recommend trying out this restaurant for dinner.
