I've been going to Post Coffee in Lee's Summit for years now. The employees always took the time to explain the science behind the coffee drinks. Learning about the difference between a latte, cappuccino, macchiato, cortado, and espresso. I like that they took that time to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. If you like a strong, smoky coffee that's not sweet, get my favorite item here, the Cortado. They have the best espresso I've ever had. So earthy with a caramel body and toasted barley finish. Post Coffee Co is an adorable coffee shop that offers tasty brews and the best protein balls I have ever tasted! They serve hot coffee beverages, cold brews, and teas. They even offer a selection of food options such as donuts, pastries, scones, cookies, breakfast burritos and lunch wraps. I highly recommend ordering their chocolate chip protein balls! Plenty of seating inside as well as a patio section. The coffee shop is incredibly clean and the staff is very friendly. This is a perfect place to get some work done on your phone or laptop!

Vanilla iced latte was delicious! Sweet, but not over sweet. The place had lots of people sitting there using their laptops, so it must be a comfortable place for the locals to get things done. staff was pleasant and friendly. I would love to visit again if I had the chance

Post has the best coffee hands down! Their breakfast burritos and wraps are amazing as well. The beautiful people who work here are kind and always leave me smiling. I have come here to get coffee ever since they opened in 2015, and I will always keep coming back!!

Love love love stopping in here when on business travel. Every employee I've interacted with is phenomenal. And the coffee is hands down the best!! Looking forward to seeing you guys next time I'm in town!
