My teens ordered a small size of sour cream fries. When I was done with my food, I told my son to hurry and finish the supposed to be small sized fries. He said it 's a lot, and to my surprise the big brown bag was full of fries! Seems like Mr. Potato guy was too generous to served a whole package of french fries :-D Suggestion: Please add toppings to your fries like fried onions, sour cream, melted cheeses, bacon, steaks, chicken, etc. to make it more flavorful and filling.
Potato Hut is my go-to spot during my breaks or for lunch. The staff is consistently polite and friendly, and since I visit almost every other day when I work, the girl usually remembers my order: regular salted fries and wings. The service is outstanding every time, and I really appreciate the generous portions! A small fry here is comparable to a large size anywhere else. I've never been disappointed.
Customer service at its worst. Nothing was working out order took forever and to top it off the gentleman working on 3/12/22 around 4 pm did not seem like he even wanted to be there. There is no ranch or barbecue and he doesn't give you any napkins. These are finger food I'm obviously going to need napkins. Fries are ridiculously salty. Better off eating a packet of salt.
I've been here before and I love the fries. However, I think the service has declined. This is the third time I've visited the Westfield mall specifically for Potato Hut fries, and no one was there. I was so excited to see flavored fries on the menu. Unfortunately, it 's so bland. They gave you a generous portion though. If you want a delicious flavored fries, go find yourself a Potato Corner 'cause they know what they 're doing
We really liked this restaurant during the one visit when we were able to place our order. However, on our other visits, nobody was at the kiosk despite our attempts to order multiple times.
The employee said he didn't have enough fries for a bucket and yet when he opened the side fridge he had like 3 full bags of cold fries. He was just being lazy.
