Very rude workers one young lady and waved me off while I was in the drive-through window so I realize that I was missing a whole sandwich and also my soup so I went in the inside to get it also I put another in order for cookies one of the young ladies tell me we did that order already and I said I order again she gave me a very hard time I’m showing her that I ordered cookies in the app. She was basically telling me that I only can order one time not multiple times. Went through the drive-thru today on September 1st, 2023. The service was fast and wonderful. The girl working the drive-thru window was very polite. I had the chicken pot pie soup for the first time and it is out of this world delicious. I can't believe I've been missing out on it all of these years. Will be getting it a lot more. The cheddar broccoli soup is always fabulous as well. Thanks Potbelly for great food.

One of the staff members there has trouble understanding what is worth it. But for 99% of the time they have been respectful and that's a big deal.
