Was in the store yesterday. Even though very short handed I still received excellent service. My food was hot and fresh. I believe the manger short dark lady was the manager and a customer giving her a really hard time and she handled it very well and still provided great service. The young lady at the cash register was very nice and polite. Even told me about the potbelly app. I will be returning.
Ordered online for pick up. Arrived after the time given waited 15 more min and the order was still wrong.I ordered a half sandwich and a salad. I received the wrong salad. I wasn't able to stay and get a new one since I was on my lunch break from work. Terrible service.1 lady was trying to do everything and 1 guy was just wondering around not helping at all.
I absolutely love Potbelly, but we visited this location today at 11 AM looking forward to enjoying some tasty soup and sandwiches. Unfortunately, to our dismay, the doors were locked. I'm not sure if the restaurant has closed down or if they were just short-staffed, but there was no sign on the doors to explain the situation. I'm really disappointed.

Drove halfway across the county to use a points offer on my debit card and the store is closed 'for training '... Not a happy customer.
I've visited this Potbelly's twice during their posted hours, and both times it was closed. There was no sign or any explanation.
Great place for a quick bite! I had the Powerhouse salad and the fat free vinaigrette and spicy hummus mixture was awesome!!
